Special Note:
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, there are two options for KC metro residents to receive assistance signing up for and/or paying for home internet service.
The Internet Access Support Program helps you find affordable service, pays off old balances, gets you caught up on your past due bills, and pays your bill for up to 6 months.
Through the FCC's EBB, you may be eligible to receive a discount of up to $50 per month for home internet. You may also receive a one-time discount of up to $100 on the purchase of a laptop, desktop computer, or tablet from participating providers if you contribute $10 to $50 toward the purchase price.
